Two instruments, two voices..and zero excuses
The Acoustic Rebels didn’t start in a studio. Their story begins in the deafening silence created by the 2020 pandemic, a time when stages around the world went quiet, but the music survived.
Away from public settings, two friends began to play together at small parties and gatherings. They played the music they knew and liked, Rock and Pop hits from the 80's, 90's and 2000's. They played honestly, without much amplification, but with a lot of heart. Until their friends pushed them to play live shows and take the music to the stage.
Our Mission: To bring the same warm energy of a party with friends to the stage!
We call ourselves The Acoustic Rebels because, to us, acoustic music isn’t about playing softly—it’s about playing honestly. We like playing for our audiences because we feel that they also need a break from the polished, the programmed, the distorted and the over produced tracks. We want to see what happens when one takes great songs and strip away everything but the heart.
Most people think acoustic music belongs in a quiet coffee shop. We disagree. The Acoustic Rebels are here to prove that we can strip away the distortion and over produced elements of music hits and still keeping the grit. We like reinventing everything from Rock anthems to Pop classics. We are raw, we are loud, and we are acoustic!
